� Application or App means the software programme provided by the Company on the Application Store downloaded by You on any electronic device, named AdBrovz and AdBrovz Elite.
� Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
� Account means a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.
� You or User means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
� AdBrovz Elite or Elite means a Service provided for Service Partners, further referred to as �Elite Service Partner�
� Authentication refers to the use of a passcode (just digits, like a personal identification number (PIN)) or password (secret information, generally a string of characters). It is employed to validate a User's identification (any may include, a password clue or hint).
� Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. (or from those and other information either in Our possession or likely to come into Our possession).
� Content refers to content such as text, images, media, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
� Product refer to the products or items offered for sale on the Service.
� Feedback means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of Our Service.

� Module refers to a unique individual platform within the Service identified as Promo, Bazaar, Assist in AdBrovz Service.
� Promo is a module that acts as a platform to provide promotional-mix content to Our Service Users. Users who provide their content to promote on this platform are further referred to as "Clients."
� Bazaar is a module that acts as a platform of facilitate sales directly between Our Service Users. Users who offer to sell on this platform are further referred to as �Sellers�, and Users who interact with the Sellers are referred to as �Buyers�.
� Assist is a module that acts as a platform, allowing artificial intelligence to rapidly connect and streamline operations in order to initiate assignments between a Customer and Elite Service Partners, further referred to as "Co-Party."
� Customer are Users who access Our Services, which are featured on the Assist platform, to inquire for particular assistance from Service Partners.
� Service Partner refers to Elite Service Users who are legally verified by the Company to Assist Customers that are featured on the Assist platform.
� Country refers to: India
2. User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the authentication that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your authentication, whether Your authentication is with Our Service or a Third-Party Service.
You agree not to disclose Your authentication to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a nickname or username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
2.1 Registration Process
When You register to use Our Services, We collect the following information about You:

� Nick Name
� Authentication
2.2 Validation of Your Account
We validate the accounts to ensure that the registered phone number belongs to the associated account User. If You do not agree to validate Your account, then Your account will remain active and You will be able to use Our Services with limited functionality.
2.2.1 AdBrovz Users Account
The validation will take place depending on the interactions and choices You make and the module You use.
2.2.2 Elite Users Account
The validation will take place via a phone call to the number You provided at the time of registering for Our Service as Our Service Partner. Additionally, You must accept Elite's additional terms and conditions in order to receive Services from Elite and become a verified Service Partner. You must also provide us with self-attested documentation, including but not limited to registration documents, legally acceptable government-issued identification, and work experience certifications that are admissible.
2.3 Your Rights Regarding the Personal Data You Provide to Us
Based on the applicable laws of Your county, in certain circumstances, You may have the rights concerning Your Personal Information You provided to Us.
2.3.1 View Your Personal Data
You have access to the personal data You gave Us while registering for Our Service. You can view that information by logging into Your profile.
2.3.2 Review or Amend Your Personal Data
During the review process, some of Your personal data may not be editable directly from You end. This is set to protect changes in Your information from fraudulent actions. If You find an inaccuracy in Your personal information that You need to amend, You can submit to Us a request to change it, together with the appropriate justification and identification documentation. Non-editable data fields in Personal information may include, but are not limited to:

� Job titles, business name and address of Elite Service Partner
2.4 Deleting Your Personal Data and Account
2.4.1 Delete Your Personal Data
Sadly, if You're not OK with Our services modest minimum requirements, it won't be possible for Us to provide You with Our services. By proceeding to contact Us, You can send Us a request via Your verified e-mail account provided on Our Service to deactivate Your account.
2.4.2 Delete Your Account
If You would like to delete Your account, it won't be possible for Us to provide You with Our services. By proceeding to Contact Us, You can send Us a request to delete Your account. Deleting Your account removes in whole or in part of the data You have provided us. This action must be requested via Your verified e-mail account provided on Our Service.
2.5 Your Message Data
Messages include conversation, pre-defined chat selection, photos, videos, and documents.
2.5.1 Private Message
All the data You post in private is encrypted. This way, physical intruders cannot get access to Your messages. You can only access those messages from the device they were sent to or from.
2.5.2 Public Message
The data You post in public is not private. Everything You post in public will be accessible to everyone.
2.5.3 Access Your Message
Messages are stored on Our servers or on Your device, based on storing messages in different jurisdictions. Messages that are stored on a server can be accessed from Your devices at any time without having to rely on backups.
2.5.4 Deleting Your Message
We also do not keep any logs for conversation, so after a short period of time, You are no longer known by who or when You messaged via chat.
3. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve Our Service to You.
3.1 Types of Data Collected
3.1.1 Personal Data
The personal information that We collect depends on the context of Your interactions with Us and while using Our services, the choices You make, and the module You use.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We may use and store information about Your location if You give Us permission to do so. We use this data to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. You can enable or disable location services when You use Our Service at any time by way of Your device settings.
3.1.3.1. For Users, We collect Your location from time to time based on Your usage of Our Service.
3.1.3.2. For Customers, We collect Your location from the time You request to make a booking to use the assistance of a Service Partner until the request completed or cancelled on Our Service Assist platform.
3.1.3.3. For Service Partner, We collect Your location both in the foreground and background from Elite when You have enabled "Assist ON".
3.1.4 Other Data
While using Our Service, We may also collect the following information: sex, age, blood group, date of birth, place of birth, passport details, citizenship, registration at place of residence and actual address, telephone number (work, landline), details of documents on education, qualification, professional training, employment agreements, NDA agreements, information on bonuses and compensation, information on marital status, family members, social security (or other taxpayer identification) number, office location and other data.
3.1.5 Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
Example: If the Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:
If You decide to register through or otherwise grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.
You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

� To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

We may provide paid subscriptions, products and/or services within the Service. In that case, We may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect Your payment card details. We strongly advise You to read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of any third-party websites, apps, or services that You visit.
8. Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company do not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

10. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
10.1 The purpose and use of AI Access
To carry out Our day-to-day, recurring User booking activity on Our service in Our Assist platform using AI to complete the listed task.
� To auto-assign work to the Service Partner upon User request.
� To solve complex problems in the search for a Service Partner in a defined category in response to a User's request.
� To automatically assign the first nearby available Service Partner based on the User's current location.
� To deliver the result in a faster way, if the first nearby Service Partner does not accept the User's request within a specified time limit, the User is reconnected to the next nearby Service Partner.
� To recommend top-ranked Service Partners within a specified radius from the User's current location.
� To carry out multiple User requests at the same time to perform faster decisions in finding the nearest Service Partner from each respective User's location.
10.2 AI Library
We have an internal database that We utilize to improve Our service. We employ this to automatically pull the information relevant to this privacy policy from Our database then load it into the corresponding library.
10.3 Data Sharing using AI
The data would be automatically shared with Our Service Users and between a Customer and Service Partners, but data sharing would only take place if the account is validated by Our service. (ref. clause 2.2.1 & 2.2.2).

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
